The gas is transformed into water at the point of ciombustion and immediately is transformed into superheated steam, cleaning  the engine of carbon deposits and sludge. That also helps to add extra mileage gained by the much higher combustion efficiency.

The clean hydrogen fuel, combined with the 33% pure oxygen (the environmental air we breathe contains just 18% oxygen), allows to gain more energy from the gasoline, diesel, or any other fuel. So rather than wasting the power because of incomplete combustion you get maximum power from your fuel where it matters most- directly in the engine. That's why mileage rises, and pollutants drop drastically when HHO generators are installed correctly.
